Return & Refund Policy

If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return and/or refund (where eligible), subject to the conditions below.

In rare cases, we may not have the product(s) you choose in stock or may face issues with inventory or quality checks. In such cases, we may cancel your order. If you paid online, you will be refunded after our team confirms the cancellation.

We take utmost care while packing the product, and we ensure that the packing is secure for transit. Please note that Maison Petch is not liable for damages caused during transit or transportation by the courier. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you in filing a claim with the courier where applicable.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets the guidelines above, we will proceed to issue your refund. Refund processing times vary by payment method and financial institutions, but you will be notified once the refund is initiated.

Shipping

Maison Petch is not responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping must be paid by the customer, even if the original order had free shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item delivered) or where required by applicable law.
